The union Unite is mounting a case this week to overturn frozen pay and reduction of crew numbers at British Airways brought in last year.

The union will argue that improper consulting took place. BA staff were supposed to strike over these issues over Christmas but management blocked this with a High Court action. A strike ballot is currently taking place, closing on 22nd February.
